Properties of drilling starch:

When the aqueous solution is heated above 80 ℃ for a long time, the viscosity decreases. This product has similar properties to carboxymethyl cellulose, with thickening, suspension, dispersion, emulsification, bonding, water retention, protective colloid and other properties. It can be used as emulsifier, thickener, dispersant, stabilizer, sizing agent, film-forming agent, water retaining agent, etc. it is widely used in oil, textile, daily chemical, cigarette, paper, construction, food, medicine and other industrial sectors, and is known as "industrial monosodium glutamate". It is an alternative to CMC. It can replace polyvinyl alcohol in some industries. Different from CMC, the aqueous solution of this product will be partially decomposed by substances in the air (resulting in α- Amylase) is easy to liquefy and reduce the viscosity. Therefore, the prepared aqueous solution is not easy to be stored for a long time and is not easy to be used for flavoring tomato sauce.
